It’s impossible for The National to make a bad song. Almost makes me angry.

Think You Can Wait by The National & Sharon Van Etten

The National came out with a new song for the movie Win Win.

Played 146 times.

Went record hunting with a friend today. Ended up buying 7 vinyls. Of course, the one in the middle is the favorite.

- The Original: Songs from Levi’s Commercial

- The Great Gatsby [Soundtrack]

- Bruce Springsteen: Born In The U.S.A.

- The National: Sad Songs For Dirty Lovers

- Dag Vag: Palsternacka

- Billie Holiday: Lady Day’s immortal performances

- Howard Jones: Human’s Lib

I really should be writing on my exam right now, but I’m watching “A Skin, A Night”.

That’s gotta be more important, right? #Winning

Met some of my favorite people last summer. They were very friendly and signed my High Violet. Saw them an hour later. They were amazing as usual.

The line-up for “Way Out West” last summer was insane. Saw Jens Lekman, The Soundtrack of Our Lives, Iggy And the Stooges, M.I.A, The National, Beach House, Local Natives, LCD Soundsystem, Miike Snow, Shout Out Louds, Anna Ternheim, Mumford & Sons, Pavement, Lykke Li, The Radio Dept., Marina and the Diamonds and La Roux.

I missed Surfer Blood, Fool’s Gold, Shearwater, Wild Nothing, Junip, Caribou, I Blame Coco, Sleigh Bells, The Tallest Man on Earth, Taken by Trees and CEO who all played in different clubs around town. Sadly the queues were too long.

I’m really looking forward to this year’s festival. So far they announced Robyn, Fleet Foxes, Pulp, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti, Explosions in the Sky, Janelle Monae, Wiz Kahlifa, Thåström, Twin Shadow, The Jayhawks, The Avett Brothers and Warpaint.
